Suiko

Manage your SEO and GEO content with your writers and verified facts

For teams with writers. Suiko prepares the brief from what Google shows and from your knowledge base, guides the writer with a score, checks every fact, reviews and publishes, whether it is a new piece or an existing page your writer reworks. Automatic updates, on the other hand, run without a writer: that is the other product, on the home page.

Everyone publishes with AI. The texts all look alike

The volume of content has exploded, and most of it repeats what already exists, in the same tone, with no new fact and no data of its own.

AI has its place: thousands of product pages, pages generated in series, a small team with no writer. For the content that carries your expertise, our conviction is that a text written by a person, drawing on their experience and on verified facts, brings what the others lack. That is an asset for being visible in search engines and in the answers of AI assistants.

This page is for editorial teams with writers, in-house or freelance, to write new pieces as well as to rework existing ones.

For writers

You receive a complete brief. You write with the score, the target length and the questions to cover next to your text, and you always know where each piece stands. Many of you also run content. Suiko serves writing as much as running it.

I am a writer

For content leads and project managers

You see every piece, its writer, its status and its score. You review, approve and publish without switching tools, and you know what each page brings in.

Content moves forward, but nobody really knows where it stands

The brief changes from one writer to the next

An email for one, a shared document for another, a call for the third. The text comes back off topic, and the review turns into a rewrite.

SEO optimisation comes too late

The keyword, the length and the tags get checked once the text is delivered, in another tool. The writer did not have that information while writing.

One path for every piece of content

01. A complete brief, or no writing

You type the topic, Suiko suggests the rest in about thirty seconds from the Google results: the keyword and its search volume, the intent, the audience, the outline, the questions to answer. The facts from your knowledge base that the text must respect are listed in the brief. You correct whatever you disagree with and you pick the writer. As long as one element is missing, the content does not go to writing.

02. A score that says what to do

The writer writes in Suiko. Next to the text, a score out of 100 checks five things: the brief is covered, the text answers what people search for on the topic, the tags are in place, the text follows your writing rules, the facts are right, checked against your knowledge base. Every missing point becomes a checkbox.

03. Everyone sees where each text stands

Brief, to write, to review, to fix, approved, published. One board, one card per content, with the writer’s name and the score on it. Everyone gets an email when it is their turn, or a summary every morning if you prefer.

04. Publish automatically

Once the text is approved, one click sends it to your site, with its title tag, its meta description and its structure. Suiko is connected to WordPress (through its plugin, installed in one click), to Strapi and to GitHub. For another CMS, we build the connector during onboarding, at no extra cost. You can also import a Word document, or pull in an article already online for your writer to rework.

05. What each page brings in

Once online, Suiko reads every night in Search Console the clicks, impressions and position of each page it produced or refreshed. You pick the period, compared with the previous one. Every month, Suiko also records whether your pages are cited in Google’s AI Overviews. Only your Suiko pages, never the whole site.

What we get asked before starting

Is there a commitment?

No. The monthly subscription can be cancelled by email for the end of the current month. The annual subscription is paid upfront, onboarding is then free, and we remind you two months before the renewal date.

What counts towards the contents per month?

Every new content created in Suiko, in all the languages of your site: an article, a page, a guide. Updates of existing pages do not count, they come from your packs. The counter is in your settings and restarts on the first of the month; contents not created within the month do not carry over. If you go over it, write to us: we move you to the next tier, with no interruption.

Does Suiko write the texts for me?

No. Suiko prepares the brief from what Google shows on the topic, then guides the writer with a score as they write: topic covered, questions answered, tags in place, style guide followed. The text is still written by a person, with their experience and verified facts, and that is what sets it apart from mass-generated content.

How long does onboarding take?

One to two weeks, from the moment we have access to your site, your editorial guidelines and your list of users. We create your workspace, your accounts and the site connection, we build your knowledge base with you, and we train your team.

Do my freelance writers need an account?

Yes, and it is included: unlimited users, freelance writers included. A writer only sees the content assigned to them. No password to remember, a code received by email is enough to sign in.

Does Suiko work in languages other than English?

The interface is in English, French or German, each user picks. Google analyses and the assistant work in the language of each site: English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese. A site in several languages remains one subscription: one language on Standard, up to three languages on Pro, beyond that on request.

Which CMS does Suiko work with?

WordPress, with the Suiko plugin you install and connect in one click, Strapi, and CMS-less sites hosted on GitHub. For another CMS, we build the connector during onboarding, at no extra cost. In the meantime, you can import a Word document and copy the final text.

What about automatic updates?

That is Suiko’s other product, without a writer: the machine rereads your published pages, corrects every outdated fact with its source, you approve, the page is republished. They are bought as packs of pages, with or without a subscription, and it all starts with a free trial: three pages reread, no commitment. When a writer reworks a page themselves, the editorial workflow applies.
