On this website

This website sets no analytics or advertising cookie and embeds no third-party tracker. The only collection of personal data goes through the demo request form.

When you send this form, your name, your email address, your company name, your website address and your message are sent to me by email. They are used only to reply to you and to organise the demo. The legal basis is your request, that is, pre-contractual steps taken at your initiative. This information is kept for three years at most after our last exchange, then deleted. It is neither sold nor passed on.

Free tools

The free tools on this site (the AI Overview checker, the SEO brief generator) ask for an email address. The keyword, the country, your website address if you enter it and your email are sent to me with the result. They are used to send you that result. The legal basis is your request. This information is kept for three years at most after our last exchange, then deleted. To limit abuse, the tool counts checks per address and per day in a technical store erased within two days, and uses Turnstile, Cloudflare’s anti-bot check, which sets no tracking cookie. The legal basis for these measures is my legitimate interest in preventing abuse.

In the application

The Suiko application processes its users’ data on behalf of its clients: name, email address, role, and the editorial content produced. Each client remains responsible for its team’s data. A data processing agreement is provided when the contract is signed.
